You treat our lives like a crash scene. You slow down to look. You scan for what went wrong. Too emotional. Too erratic. Probably their fault. Then you drive on, untouched, convinced it could never be you. But it could. The system you trust does not prevent damage. It just delays it for the ones it prefers. Stop choosing convenience over truth. Don't let your discomfort override authenticity, yours or anyone else's. Start listening. Start talking. Start showing up. This is not a support group. This is a reckoning. We are Autistic. We have ADHD. We are neurodivergent. We are not lazy. We are not rude. We are not broken. We are the ones you punished for not being like you. The ones you dismissed quietly. The ones who kept showing up anyway. We were dismissed by doctors. Undermined by teachers. Overlooked by managers. Forgotten by friends. We carry what you refuse to see. But we are not invisible anymore. We are still here. We are not going away. And we are done asking nicely.
